You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund, products must:
- Be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
- Include all original tags, packaging, and documentation
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Refund Process
1. Contact our support team at support@alexanderlige.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error).
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
The following items are not eligible for refund:

- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Worn, damaged, or altered products
